Fluorescent Reference Standards
  • New to the market and unique
  • Reference Standards - guaranteed 5 years for accuracy and stability, different colours available, top and bottom reading…
  • No more pipetting solutions into 96, 384, 1536 wellplates - simply take the reference standards from your drawer!
The new MATECH™ Fluorescent Reference Standards allow you to calibrate wavelengths and intensity according to your ideal requirements.

These inorganic fluorescent reference standards are offered in a convenient microtiter plate format. This allows for the calibration of assay instrumentation, such as fluorescent plate readers and DNA sequence detectors, providing you with a durable fluorescent surface.

Providing for both wavelength and intensity calibration these inorganic reference standards offer stability that is far superior to organic dye doped polymer standards or quinine sulfate solutions (ASTM method)

Precision Dynamics provides fluorescent standards to offer you the utmost in efficiency, stability, and accuracy. Reference plates come in both top reading (TR) and bottom reading (BR) types to suit your needs; Violet (TR-418 and BR-418), Blue (TR-460 and BR-460), Green (TR-517 and BR-517), and Red (TR-613 and BR-613)

Dilution Series
The new Dilution Series plate is now available, with successive wells producing a lower amount of fluorescence emission. The Dilution Series allows you to check linearity, sensitivity and optical alignment of you instrument.

As with all MatechTM reference standards they are guaranteed 5 years for accuracy and stability. Features & Benefits of the Dilution Series Fluorescent Reference Standards include:
  • Facilitate instrument troubleshooting and routine QC checks (optical alignment etc)
  • Offer stability that is far superior to organic dye doped polymer standards or quinine sulphate solutions (ASTM method)
  • Available in Top and Bottom reading 96-well microtiter plate format. Covering the specific emission ranges; Violet (418), Blue (460), Green (517), and Red (613)
  • CV of < 5% when calculated using all 4 wells of a specific intensity zone
